HEALING HEARTS CIRCLE FACILITATION FRAMEWORK
For women who feel called to facilitate and hold powerful Circles for others to share their stories. You are not required to have any qualifications or former training to do this work, which is deeply rooted in helping your community to heal and grow.

PILLAR 1 - JOURNEY AND IDENTITY
This journey starts with you: you will be guided in a deep exploration of your individual and ancestral identity.
You will be supported to claim your place in a lineage of modern-day Griots, storytellers, and wisdom keepers.
Through being honoured in Circle, you will take your own journey of healing & discovery.

Define & clarify your heart-centered mission so you enter this work with a strong sense of vision and direction.

PILLAR 3 - HOW TO FACILITATE YOUR SPACE
Learn powerful tools & techniques so that you can become an accomplished facilitator.
Learn how to guide group dynamics, navigate emotional moments, and create a space where vulnerability is honoured, without feeling overwhelmed
Release the pressure to “get it right.” This work invites you to trust your inner knowing.

Stepping into Circle leadership is a journey of inner and outer transformation.
Connecting in its simplicity, and unsettling in its complexity, holding space for a group of people takes skill, compassion & courage.
The facilitator training is designed to give you the practical and emotional tools to step into Circle leadership and design your very own Circle to offer out to your community.
Our framework combines the crucial aspects of Circle creation, design & facilitation skills with the emotional, energetic & intuitive, ensuring you are not only practically ready to lead Circle, but that you have a robust emotional toolkit.
This is a 16 week programme, live classes are held online every two weeks, this will consist of a blend of teaching, training, and Q&A sessions.
You will have felt them in your bones, integrated them into your heart and experienced the transformative power of Circle space first hand, so you can take this beautiful work forward full of knowledge, confidence, and with the power of community behind you.
All of our live calls will be recorded, so you can rest assured that you will not miss out on any of the training.
