I help black female leaders, who are feeling overwhelmed, undervalued, afraid to let go of always being the strong one. The way that I work is that I help them find and use their authentic voice, encourage them to to feel really seen and heard as who they are, by supporting them to courageously connect with their truth from a place of personal power.
Abi is an experienced Coach, Author, Speaker and Retreat Creator. Abi is dedicated to supporting the holistic elevation of all black female leaders as they navigate their way through the daily challenges of life. Abi has been coaching and mentoring leaders for over 10 years, and loves to see the transformation in her clients. Abi travels solo around Africa creating life-changing retreats, whilst searching out the best indigenous African oils to further support her clients with their health and well-being, she is a wife and the mother of 2 amazing young adults.
