I know what you're thinking
I would love to feel less responsible for other people in my life, but it’s not possible, I’ve got too much going on and too many people depending on me to be the glue that holds it all together.I’ll wait until things calm down and I have more time/ I move house/change my job/start my own side business.
It’s not your fault, when your trying to do almost everything on your own, like going to work, running a business, looking after the children, taking care of your partner and being the strong one for everyone else's problems with no-one else to share the load with, now can you see how much you are doing.
I get it, I really, really do.
My life became a real struggle, I was facing burn out from my last job. Always wanting to be seen as the “strong women” for fear of being seen by my colleagues as less than I allowed it to consume every breathing moment I had. There was no switch off button, I accepted too many projects and pretended that I could manage, that it was all OK. Meanwhile, at home, my relationship was breaking down, I didn’t have the knowledge, patience or understanding to change my situation. I felt guilty that I wasn’t spending enough quality time with my children and I became resentful that on the outside my life looked picture perfect, but on the inside, I felt miserable, trapped, and lonely.
I used to be where you are right now...
My job was unsatisfying, my relationship was a mess, my children hardly saw me. Eventually I gave myself permission to leave my job, with no job to go to( I’m not saying for you to do this). I needed to take radically aligned action. I was so lost and confused that I didn’t recognise who I was anymore.
I felt so unhappy and empty inside, until I decided to take back responsibility for myself. I started meditating more, journaling, talking out loud about how I wanted my life to be. I took much better care of my health and well-being, my priorities were changing rapidly.
I began to awaken and embrace my own gifts and talents, I started believing in myself again, for the first time in a long while, I got up in the morning feeling full of energy. I was meditating and connecting with my spiritual self and listening to my intuitive direction.
It meant that I had freed myself from the constant inner conflict between doing what’s right for me, and what’s silently expected from me. My communication was much more intentional, I was able to voice what was really on my mind, in a way that felt graceful and kind. My relationship dramatically improved with my partner, I laughed more with my children .Once I had mastered my own journey of embodiment and connection, I knew that I wanted to help others. I became a Holistic Leadership Coach, combining all of my 20 years experience to create uniquely impactful private coaching programmes for female leaders.
When I gave myself permission to deeply explore who I was becoming, using a range of personally created tools, and fully believing in my own abilities, to connect and experience purposeful living. I now embrace my flaws and celebrate life with equal measures of, self belief, self worth and self love.

You will give me 48 hours notice and we will re-arrange the session
3. Can we arrange a break for holiday’s?
Yes we will factor holiday’s into the programme
4. What happens if the internet goes down?
If it is your connection, it’s out of my hands, if it’s my connection, we can continue on the phone or re-arrange another session.
5. What will I need?
You will need the following - access to a computer, access to Zoom, a journal, a pen and a quiet space for meditation and reflection.
