There comes a moment in a woman’s life when the outer success no longer quietens the inner call. You’ve achieved. You’ve held others. You’ve been strong, capable, dependable. And yet… something inside you is asking to be met more honestly, more gently, more fully.
This retreat is an invitation to return to yourself. Not to fix. Not to push.
But to reclaim the parts of you that have been waiting for your attention.
For Heart-Led Women Leaders
Led by Abi Osho - TEDx Speaker and BAFTA Award-winning Retreat Facilitator
This Retreat Is For You If…

You are a heart-led woman leader navigating a new chapter of life, identity, or purpose
You feel successful on the outside but sense there is more truth, freedom, or ease waiting inside
You are ready to soften without losing your strength
You crave depth, connection, and meaning, not surface-level wellness
You value diversity, shared humanity, and learning through lived experience
You want to feel fully yourself again, without apology
This retreat welcomes women leaders in midlife from diverse cultural backgrounds. What matters most is your willingness to arrive as you are.
This retreat is designed for women who are often the strong one. Here, you are not expected to lead, organise, or hold space. You are invited to rest, receive, and be supported - fully and without guilt.
You don’t need clarity to attend. A quiet inner pull is enough. This experience meets you where you are, trusting that what needs attention will gently reveal itself in its own time.
A Journey Across Kenya: From Energy to Ease
Give me 8 nights, and together we will journey through Kenya, both externally and internally.
We begin in Nairobi, where the pulse of life, creativity, and contrast mirrors the many roles you’ve lived and led.
We then fly to Diani, on the edge of the Indian Ocean, where time slows, the body exhales, and the heart begins to speak more clearly.
This retreat is intentionally designed to guide you from doing → being, from holding it all together → allowing yourself to be held.
This is not a retreat where you disappear into silence or bypass your real life.
This is a healing, embodied, culturally rooted experience that honours: Story as medicine, the body as a keeper of wisdom, emotions as messengers, not obstacles and leadership that begins from within
Through guided circles, gentle somatic practices, reflection, rest, and shared experiences, you’ll be supported to meet yourself honestly and compassionately.
By the end of these 8 nights, you won’t just feel “relaxed.”
You will feel:
Grounded in who you are now - not who you’ve been performing as
At ease in your body, with less stored tension and emotional holding
Clearer about what matters, what no longer does, and what you’re ready to release
Reconnected to your intuition and inner authority
Accepted - by yourself, first and foremost
Expanded, without the pressure to become someone else
Many women leave feeling lighter, more honest, more embodied and deeply affirmed in their truth.
During this retreat, you’ll come to recognise:
Where you’ve been over-giving or over-holding
The stories you’ve outgrown, but may still be carrying
How your body communicates what your mind has learned to ignore
What it feels like to be seen and met without explanation
How to lead from wholeness, not depletion
You’ll remember parts of yourself that were never lost - only waiting.
This is a space of belonging without boxes. We honour difference. We honour shared humanity. We honour the wisdom that emerges when women gather with intention and care. You do not need to have the right words, the right background, or the right story. You only need to arrive willing to be present.
Retreat with me and experience the beauty of Kenya, from the vibrant energy of Nairobi to the calm, ocean-held stillness of Diani. Allow yourself 8 nights of restoration, reconnection, and full self-acceptance. This is not an escape from your life. It is a return to yourself - so you can meet your life from a deeper, truer place.
