An intimate leadership experience for women.
There comes a moment when you are ready to stop holding yourself back and lead, communicate and live with greater intention.
The Green Circle Experience is a thoughtfully curated day for women who lead with both their hearts and their minds. It is for coaches, authors, entrepreneurs, senior leaders, creatives, consultants and business owners who want to strengthen their voice, communicate with greater confidence and step forward with clarity.
This is not about becoming someone new.
It is about reconnecting with what has always been within you.
What you will experience
The day begins with a gentle arrival, guided breathing and quiet reflection.
Through meaningful conversations and practical exercises, you will explore how your lived experiences and the meaning you have attached to them influence your confidence, communication and leadership.
Reconnect with your voice and inner wisdom
Recognise the stories shaping how you lead
Communicate your ideas, work and vision more clearly
Build trust and connection through personal storytelling
Identify how you want to step forward with intention
The Green Circle Story Framework
A simple framework to help you share your story with clarity, purpose and confidence in meetings, presentations, networking and business conversations.
The Two Stories Principle: Reframe
Explore the difference between what happened and the meaning you attached to it.
Reframe the story you have been leading from and choose how you want to move forward.
You will leave with greater self awareness, practical tools and a clearer connection to your voice and leadership.
Those who choose may also share part of their story in a safe and supportive setting, with thoughtful coaching from Abi and wholehearted encouragement from the group.

Step Into The Green Circle
Perhaps confidence is not the absence of fear.
Perhaps it is having something more important to say than your fear has to say to you.
We look forward to welcoming you
